Volunteer Acknowledgement
The Volunteer Acknowledgement Form that must be completed by all volunteers and signed off by managers and supervisors. All volunteers need to complete the form before they undertake the associated activity. One of the requirements of the form is that they undergo a site specific induction which should include the following items: Introduction to fellow Staff; Explain the required duties (what they can and cannot do; demonstrate how any equipment works etc); Toilets; Security System (if applicable); hours of work; emergency plans; discuss any policies & procedures which apply to their work.
